It has recently been discovered that there is an feature that Samsung is developing called “Galaxy Continuity”. This isn’t to be confused with the Continuum feature of Windows 10 Mobile where your smartphone can be transformed into a desktop version of Windows 10. Instead we suppose if anything it does sound more like Apple’s Continuity feature.
According to the reports, the app (dubbed Flux D) will allow users to integrate their Samsung smartphones with the company’s Windows 10 tablets, like the recently launched Galaxy TabPro S. When connected, users will be able to receive and reply notifications that they receive on their phones on their computers, so if you hate having to stop what you’re doing to check your phone, then this is a feature worth looking forward to.
We’re not sure if that is the extent of the feature or if there is more than what has been reported, but unfortunately there is no word on when the app is going to be released. However it is a good idea and we’ll be keeping an eye out for it.
