Exertis Linx Vision Windows 10 Tablet Sports A Gaming Controller

When one takes a closer look at the Exertis Linx Vision, it is certainly an interesting device, as though it hails from the bridge of some sort of starship or a futuristic household. In reality, this happens to be a tablet that runs on Microsoft’s Windows 10 operating system, and it will be accompanied by a gaming controller to boot. After all, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so why not ensure that there is an opportunity to let out some steam along the way?

With Window 10 powering some 270 million computers now and an anniversary update set to arrive some time later this summer, you can more or less be sure that Windows 10 is worth making the jump to already. Hence, it is nice to see the likes of the Exertis Linx Vision being revealed, where this device sports an external Xbox controller that has been integrated within.

The display model did happen to stream a game from an Xbox One (which was in turn hooked up to a similar wireless network), but that does not reflect the full extent of the Exertis Linx’s capability, since its controllers were full well capable of controlling games from the Windows Store to boot. As for the hardware specifications, there is nothing much to shout about with an Intel Atom processor, an 8” 720p display, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, and a 2MP shooter at the back. Expect this gaming-friendly tablet to arrive in the U.K for £149.99 a pop, with no word on whether it will make the jump across the pond.
