Dell Venue 8 7000 Series Gets A $200 Price Cut

Last year Dell launched the Dell Venue 8 7000 series tablet. So far reviews of the device have been pretty good, not to mention it also sports a pretty nice design as far as tablets are concerned, thanks to Dell’s clever use of the thin bezels, making it look like it had a screen larger than what was advertised.

Unfortunately the tablet did not come cheap and was priced starting at $400. With that price, tablet customers had many other options to choose from, so the question is, why choose Dell, right? The good news is that if you were eyeing the tablet but was put off by its asking price, you’re in luck as the tablet has received a fairly steep price cut.

For those interested in getting their hands on the tablet, the Dell Venue 8 7000 is now priced at $200 for the 16GB model, which is $200 off its original price. However if 16GB isn’t enough for your needs, the 32GB model also gets a $200 price cut from $450 to $250, making it much, much more affordable.

With those prices, the tablet is a worthy choice even by today’s standards. It features an 8.4-inch 2560×1600 display, an Intel Atom Z3580 processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 5,900mAh battery, along with Intel’s RealSense depth-sensing cameras.
