The iPad Air 3 moniker has been thrown around as well, but it seems that the latest set of rumors point to the iPad Pro branding instead, which would be similar to what the 12.9” tablet from Apple is currently called. Does this make sense? More or less, since plenty of the hardware specifications that have been bandied around so far do seem to resemble closely to the larger sized tablet, so why not go ahead with the same name?
In terms of pricing, it is said to begin at $599 a pop, which is a Benjamin more than the base model iPad Air , arriving with 32GB of internal memory. There also seems to be a version with 128GB of internal memory and LTE connectivity. Will we see the iPad Air 2 being sold after March 21st? Only time will tell, so stay tuned!
