There have been plenty of rumors about a smaller iPhone over the past few months. Apple hasn’t confirmed anything about such a smartphone yet but it has scheduled an event for March 21 where many believe it’s going to unveil the iPhone SE. A new rumor has emerged today which claims that the upcoming handset is going to feature a camera that’s capable of recording video in 4K.
Rumor has it that Apple is working on a new promotional campaign for the iPhone SE which highlights the handset’s ability to record video in 4K. The campaign is said to feature 4K footage that has been captured using an iPhone SE.
It’s unclear if Apple is going to showcase this video at the event next week, it would make sense for the company to do that as it talks up the camera capabilities of its new iPhone, but there’s no confirmation on that just yet.
This isn’t the first time that 4K video recording has been hinted for this iPhone. When it was rumored that the handset is likely to be powered by Apple’s latest A9 processor many believed that it’s going to offer support for 4K recording as well so it really won’t be surprising if it does.
Nevertheless, all of this is just speculation at this point in time, Apple hasn’t confirmed anything about a new iPhone yet so we’ll have to wait until March 21 to find out if it really has a new iPhone up its sleeve.
