It looks like the device will arrive with 6GB of RAM – now if that is not impressive, I do not know what is, at this particular point in time, at least. The leaked benchmark concerning the Vivo XPlay 5 did not explicitly mention 6GB of RAM, but it is indirectly indicated thanks to the 162,610 points amassed which are close to 30,000 more points compared to other handsets in the database.
It remains to be seen whether an additional 2GB of RAM will be able to cause such an increase, but there is a possibility. Apart from that, the Vivo XPlay 5 is said to run on the Snapdragon 820 SoC as well as sport a 5.5” QHD display. This would certainly place this handset on the flagship range for sure. Now all that we need to do is to sit tight and wait for it to be officially unveiled, as that is when all doubts will be confirmed or put to rest.
