There are parts of Asia in which the Lunar New Year is a big deal, and for some, it also means holidays. The good news is that if you are off for the Lunar New Year, you will be pleased to learn that Valve has launched a Lunar New Year for Steam. This is actually rather surprising given that Valve hasn’t exactly celebrated the holidays before, but hey, win-win!
There are a variety of games that Valve has put up for sale, such as Fallout 4 where you can now grab a copy of the game for $40. Other titles include The Talos Principle for $10, Company of Heroes 2 for $9, along with games from the Tomb Raider franchise in which the first title in the rebooted franchise will only cost you $5.
Rise of the Tomb Raider is still at full price, but then again we suppose that’s to be expected since it was only just released not too long ago. In any case, the Lunar New Year sale on Steam will last until the 12th of February, 10AM PST, so even if you aren’t off for the holidays, you can go ahead and capitalize on the sale from now until then, which gives you about a week to check out the various sales that are happening.
