Samsung Galaxy J7 Hits The FCC

galaxy-j7-2016-labelWhenever a particular device is close to a release, then you can be sure that it will make an appearance over at the FCC, although one should also bear in mind that appearing on the FCC does not automatically translate to a device being released, but we do not see any kind of obstacles when it comes to Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy J7 handset. Basically, the Samsung Galaxy J Series of smartphones do not come with the fastest processor or the best hardware around, not to mention having plastic bodies, which would make them appeal to those who are fans of hunting down bargains.

Leaked benchmarks have also shown that the Galaxy J7 could very well arrive in a couple of variants – one that will run on the Snapdragon 615 processor, while the other would be equipped with a Samsung Exynos 7870 chipset. Another interesting aspect of the Galaxy J7 that should raise eyebrows would be the presence of a 4,300 mAh cell battery that is located under its hood.

However, the FCC documents point to a 3,300 mAh battery within, which is a vast discrepancy over the leaked benchmarks. I guess we will just have to sit tight and wait for the device to roll out officially before we can make our call on it.
