If you love taking selfies, and high-quality ones at that, you might be interested in checking out Panasonic’s latest camera in the form of the Lumix GF8. This is the company’s latest camera and it comes with certain features that seemed to be aimed at users who love capturing selfies on their cameras.
For starters it will feature a tilting display that can be tilted 180-degrees so that you can frame your selfie better. It also comes with a feature called Beauty Retouch that will soften your skin and slim your face. It will also allow users to choose the color of their foundation, lips, cheeks, eyeshadow, and more, basically a digital makeover.
The camera also comes with built in triggers so that by waving your hand in front of the camera, it will trigger the shutter, and another that will trigger when it detects that there are two faces in the frame. The camera will also feature interchangeable lenses, so you can choose from a variety of lenses for different kinds of photography.
It packs a 16MP sensor and it will also be able to capture Full HD video in AVCHD or MP4, and will also sport WiFi connectivity so that you can transfer photos and use your phone with its accompanying app as a remote trigger. No word on pricing just yet or when it will be made available.
