Daredevil has proven to be a hit for Netflix. The online streaming service has a deal with Marvel which allows it to create original shows based on its characters. The second season of Daredevil is going to be released soon and Netflix is pumping up the hype for the upcoming season of this original show.
Netflix didn’t release two full trailers for the upcoming season of Daredevil, it took a different approach. The last trailer it released introduced a vengeful Punisher but the trailer gave us a glimpse of Elektra showing up at Daredevil’s place.
The trailer that has been released today focuses entirely on Elektra, played by Élodie Yung in this Netflix show, it goes without saying that Elektra is going to be an integral character in the series in the upcoming season.
The first season of Daredevil on Netflix was well received which is why it made all the sense in the world for the company to renew it for another.
Daredevil season 2 will be released on March 18 in all markets where Netflix is available. In true Netflix fashion all episodes will be released on the very same day enabling viewers to binge watch as much as they want at their own pace.
