Here’s your chance to grab one of the best Need for Speed games for PC at absolutely no cost to you. Electronic Arts is offering Need for Speed: Most Wanted for free through its Origin client as part of the On the House program under which it provides a game free for a limited time. Anybody who downloads the game during this time gets to keep it for as long as they want.
The availability of games offered under this program varies, some are only available for a few days while others remain a free download for several weeks. It really depends upon the title.
Need for Speed: Most Wanted is the last NFS title that Criterion Games developed itself, it teamed up with Ghost Games after that to release Need for Speed: Rivals in 2013. The former was very well received when it arrived back in 2012 and many considered to be a successor to Burnout Paradise instead of the original Most Wanted game.
Some of the games that EA has previously offered through this program include Dead Space, Battlefield 3, Plants Vs Zombies: Game of the Year Edition and more. The last title was available as a free download for 63 games and that’s more than ample time for most people to get their hands on it.
