Right off the bat, it seems that the rumors were right on the money that the phone will look very different from its predecessors. If anything it looks like LG might have taken some cues from the likes of Apple and Samsung by making the phone’s edges more rounded than before, and we have to admit that it looks pretty sleek.
It’s hard to tell what kind of material the phone is made of, but we have heard that a metal build is a possibility. Also if you notice there is a break at the bottom of the phone. This is presumably where the “Magic Slot” will be. For those unfamiliar with the feature, supposed this is where users can swap out batteries for potentially larger batteries, or other modules like a DAC or a camera grip.
In addition to the rendering, Blass has also indicated that the battery is of the 2,800mAh size which is pretty sizable, but if it’s still too small, note that you will at least have the option of swapping it out for something larger. In any case check back with us this Sunday where the official details will be revealed, but in the meantime how do you guys feel about the design? Yay or nay?
