From the photo, it looks like the HTC One M10 will continue to employ a slightly curved back, which some might prefer as it would sit in your palm more comfortably. This is despite the rumors claiming that the handset will look more like the HTC One A9 which has a flatter design, but from what we can tell it seems to be a mix of both old and new design which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
So far what we know about the phone is that HTC will be going in a brand new direction. The company has appeared to drop the use of the front-facing BoomSound speakers, and have also thrown in a home button and presumably a fingerprint sensor on the front of the phone. In fact from previously leaked images, the phone could easily pass off as a Samsung device upon first glance.
HTC has opted to skip announcing the handset at MWC 2016 this week. Instead we were treated to a bunch of new Desire smartphones. The rumors suggest that HTC is planning their own announcement in the next couple of months, so until then take it with a grain of salt.
