According to Cue, he revealed that Apple Music had passed 11 million subscribers, meaning that it has roughly seen a 10% increase in users since last month. Of course how many are paid subscribers is an entirely different story, but seeing that number rise can only be a good thing for the Cupertino company.
It probably also helps that Apple Music is a bundled service with iOS devices since it is essentially integrated (some might even say taken over) the default Music app. The platform offers a 3-month free trial period, after which they will have to pay $9.99 a month in order to keep listening to it. This is versus other platforms like Spotify which as a free tier.
In addition to the 11 million Apple Music subscribers, Cue also revealed that there are now 782 million iCloud users who are uploading billions of photos to the cloud storage platform on a weekly basis. Once again, it probably helps that iCloud is a feature that is baked into iOS devices, but still pretty big numbers all the same.
