According to Vittorio Di Mauro, General Manager of Smart Connectivity at alcatel, “PLUS 10 is alcatel’s first 2-in-1 device with Windows 10, and we’re very proud of all the functionality we’ve built into it. PLUS 10 goes everywhere I go – the house, the office, even the park! It’s a fun product that sparks a lot of conversation (and jealousy).”
Specs of the tablet are a bit scarce as Alcatel did not exactly dive into specifics, but it will feature a 10-inch IPS 1280×800 display and under the hood, an Intel quad-core processor can be found. There will also be 32GB of storage accompanying the tablet, and it will also have a detachable keyboard which like we said, transforms it into a laptop.
The keyboard is interesting as it provides 4G LTE connectivity, and can also apparently double up as a WiFi hotspot. There is also an 8,410mAh battery accompanying it, so it should last you quite a bit (8 hours according to Alcatel). Unfortunately no word on pricing or availability just yet.
