If you’ve ever seen Saturday Night Live then you know very well that there’s a reason why this live TV show has been around for over four decades. They’re great at what they do and we saw that yet again when Adam Driver stopped by to host the show. Many of you will be well aware that he plays Kylo Ren in the new Star Wars movie and it was to be expected that SNL will do a Star Wars themed sketch.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the new movie in this popular franchise and it has already broken all box office records, it now holds the record for the biggest opening weekend and the highest domestic gross ever.
This particular sketch is a parody of a reality show Undercover Boss, which sends in bosses undercover at their businesses to find out how their employees are performing and what they really think of them.
We see Kylo Ren going undercover as a Stormtrooper and grilling fellow Imperial guards about what they think of the newest villain in the franchise, asking questions like “Do you guys believe when he says he’s going to finish what Darth Vader started?”
It’s interesting to watch, to say the least, and hilarious in a way that SNL sketches tend to be. Do check it out, it’s certainly worth your time.
