Earlier today it was leaked that Samsung was planning on announcing the Samsung Galaxy S7 on the 21st of February. This was based on alleged invites and for those who are wondering if the invites are legit, you can rest assured that they are because Samsung has officially posted a video on YouTube.

In the video, it is basically the same as what we saw before, in which Samsung teases “the next Galaxy” for the 21st of February. Granted this doesn’t exactly confirm that we will be getting the Galaxy S7, but it is safe to assume that we will. After all the leaks and rumors, and given that it is that time of the year, it does seem to be very likely.

It also takes place around the time of MWC 2016, which is also when other companies like Sony and LG have announced their own press conferences. So far we have to say that are pretty psyched for the Galaxy S7. Its leaked renders and alleged specs does make it sound like a rather exciting device.

We could also be treated to the Galaxy S7 Ede, which apparently this year will be the bigger model of the two, where previously it was the Galaxy S6 Edge+ model that was the larger one. In any case do check back with us in the coming weeks for the details, but in the meantime you  can watch the video above for the teaser.
