First iOS 9.3 Beta Released To The Public

Over the past week, we have been hearing a lot about iOS 9.3 and what kind of features it will be bringing to the table. The good news is that for those of you who are looking forward to testing some of those features for yourself, you will be interested to learn that Apple has begun seeding the beta to the public.

Several years ago, iOS betas were typically restricted to those who were part of Apple’s developer program, but in recent times Apple has started to make the beta of iOS 9 available to the general public, or at least those who have signed up (anyone can sign up for it), so if you’re interested you can go ahead and take it for a spin.

However it should be noted that since this is the first beta, and we reckon that there will be more to come, there will be bugs that have yet to be fixed or discovered, and some features could end up looking or functioning a bit different in the beta compared to the final release, so what you see is definitely not necessarily what you will get.

That being said, some features users can look forward to include more shortcuts added to 3D Touch, an updated WiFi Assist where it will display usage numbers, Touch ID support for the Notes app to help make it more secure, multi-user support for the iPad, and Night Shift mode which adjusts the device’s display to make it easier for you to sleep at night. No word on when iOS 9.3 will be released in full, so we guess we’ll just have to wait.
