This expanded iFit solution would now come with advanced capabilities so that users can track their health and wellness progress, where among the metrics used include exercise, sleep and nutrition via iFit wearables, apps and internet-connected health and fitness products.
EarlySense on their side will offer an IoT-connected sleep sensor which will work in tandem with iFit mattresses and mattress covers. The monitoring of sleep quality and vital signs (heart rate and respiratory rate) would mean users are able to see just how their sleep had been at night, before choosing whether to act on the personalized tips received so that one might just enjoy improved sleep and overall wellness the next night. It would be interesting to see how far the tips would be useful before professional help is required.
