However the good news is that if you wanted good quality pizza from the comfort of your own home, GE might have something for you in the form of the Monogram pizza oven. Now pizza ovens for the home aren’t exactly rare, but what makes GE’s creation more unique is the fact that it can be controlled via an app that controls the oven based on specific pizza recipes.
On top of that, GE claims that the Monogram has the ability to hit temperatures as high as 800 F, which is almost at the ideal temperature of a pizza, which for a Neapolitan is supposed to be around the 905 F mark. This is thanks to the use of a ceramic cooking surface, four heating zones, and seven electric heating elements.
Of course all of this does not come cheap as the Monogram pizza oven is expected to cost a whopping $9,900 when it is made available later this year. So, any takers?
