That being said if you’re wondering how the camera looks like, the folks at Digicame-info (via Fuji Rumors) have published a couple of images that are allegedly that of the camera, along with a bunch of additional hardware specifications. Of course they should be taken with a grain of salt for now, but hopefully we won’t have to wait too long to hear the official word.
Moving on, the rumored specs include a 16MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS II sensor, with an EXR Processor image processing engine. The camera will feature an LCD display and will lack a viewfinder or an electronic viewfinder, similar to what the previous rumors had suggested. Potentially this could keep costs down.
However those who are interested can supposedly buy an external viewfinder. It will feature built-in WiFi, a silent electronic shutter, video capture of Full HD resolution at 60fps, an AF of 0.1 seconds, a shutter lag of 0.01 seconds, shooting intervals of 0.5 seconds, and a start up time of 0.5 seconds, which basically means that this camera is pretty fast.
