You won’t find a Windows 10-powered handset in T-Mobile’s device lineup just yet, AT&T happens to be the only carrier in the country that’s offering the Lumia 950 which comes with the new OS installed straight out of the box, but Magenta may be adding one to its lineup in the near future. According to a report, T-Mobile’s first Windows 10 smartphone might be a handset from Alcatel.

Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL is said to debut on T-Mobile soon, it’s not known for sure right now precisely when the carrier is going to launch this handset, but it is said to become the first Windows 10 smartphone on T-Mobile.

Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL features a 5.5 inch 720×1280 pixel resolution display, under the hood it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor with 2GB RAM and 16 gigs of memory. An 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front camera accompany 4G LTE and microSD card support.

There’s an Android-powered version of this handset as well that’s already available on MetroPCS, it costs $69 off contract, however, it’s too soon to say right now whether that’s how much T-Mobile is going to charge for the Windows 10-powered variant of this smartphone.

No word as yet from T-Mobile if and when this smartphone is going to be launched on its network.
