Every year, Steam holds several sales where you will be able to buy your favorite games at discounts. Whether or not that discount is big remains to be seen, but at the very least there will be some discounts and massive sales that you might want to check out. That being said, Steam has one last sale left for the year in the form of the Winter Sale.
Given that we’re more than halfway through December, it should be kicking off soon, but when exactly? Thanks to the folks at PayPal, it seems that they might have accidentally let the cat out of the bag because according to PayPal’s email that they have sent out to customers, Steam’s Winter Sale will be kicking off next Tuesday, the 22nd of December.
In fact this isn’t the first time PayPal has gotten ahead of themselves. Back in 2014, they also leaked the dates of the sale a bit earlier than expected, but either way it’s all good! Assuming that they got the dates right, this is when you can expect the sales to begin. We’re not sure what kind of discounts we might be seeing so we guess we’ll just have to wait until next Tuesday.
In the meantime if there are any games that you want to get, we’ll have to advise you to hold off until the sales begin, because everyone loves a good bargain, right?
