The Microsoft Lumia 850 made its way over to the rumor mill earlier this year in July, and in that particular leak back then, it did point to a fair number of details, where one of them was that the handset would be part of the OEM’s upcoming line of mid-range devices, which will also be accompanied by the likes of the Lumia 750 and Lumia 550. Ever since that rumor, word went around that the Lumia 850 would no longer be worked on. However, since the Lumia 550 has been realized, chances are the remaining two of the trio will also be fleshed out.
In fact, a new handset from Microsoft was recently spotted in a slew of live photos, and one can really lean on the very real possibility of it being the Lumia 850. Carrying the codename Honjo, leaked photos of this device sport details concerning its camera, LED, and speaker grill positions. Of course, the photos are far from being of the finest quality, but it certainly looks as though the metal frame is present, in addition to the single LED flash that is located on the back.
Newly leaked information concerning the specifications differ from what is known in the past, where among them include a more generous 5.7″ 1080p display and a Snapdragon 615 SoC.
