It does look as though that each OnePlus handset goes through a rite of passage – and that would be the ability for ordinary folks to make a purchase without the need for an invite. The OnePlus 2 arrived at this particular state not too long ago, and for a limited time only, this invite-free offer was extended to the OnePlus X as well. Having said that it looks like there is a new offer for the smaller sized OnePlus X – that is, it can be purchased sans an invite each Tuesday from now on.
This particular deal will begin from tomorrow onward, hence, if you have been hankering after this 5” model but never really managed to snag an invite all this while, it is time to take another look at your budget and ensure that all plans will go down well. Do take note that chances are pretty high where only a limited quantity of the OnePlus X will be made available for such an offer each Tuesday, which means that you can always try again the week after if you do not succeed this week.
We do wonder when will OnePlus forget about the invite system from the get go in the future, and simply sell their desirable handset without any pesky invitation system.
