We know a lot of you out there love football. You guys love watching it and some of you love playing it, but how many of us can actually say that we have gone professional while playing it? Not many, right? The good news is that if you’ve always wanted to experience what it would be like to take part in a professional practice session, now you can, sort of.
Thanks to the folks at Visa and Bank of America, if you own a virtual reality headset like the Google Cardboard, you will be able to enjoy a practice session with the New England Patriots in virtual reality. This experience puts you square in the middle of the action where you get to follow them into their locker rooms, as well as placing you right on the field itself.
This means that you won’t just be sitting at the sidelines watching them practice, but the virtual reality experience should give you the feeling that you’re actually there in person. Now if you don’t have a virtual reality headset, fret not because the 360-degree video was uploaded onto YouTube.
This means that you can just watch as per normal on your smartphone, although admittedly the experience won’t be 100% the same or just as immersive, but it should still be pretty cool nonetheless.
