It goes without saying – the closer a particular device is to a release, the more details concerning it will start to leak out, and that is the nature of the beast, or rather, news. Samsung surely has plenty of hardware that rolls off their production line from time to time, and the smartphone range from the South Korean conglomerate has certainly been a robust one to date. From entry level devices to mid-range models and high end flagships, Samsung has got us covered – and this time around it would be the Samsung Galaxy A9 that would come under the spotlight.
Accessory manufacturer ITSKINS can be said to be the ones behind the current detail leak, where they shed information concerning the Galaxy S7 and S7 Plus in the past, and it seems that it would be the Galaxy A9 that gets all the attention this time around.
The Galaxy A9 will reportedly measure 161.9mm x 81.3mm x 7.34mm, where it is a wee bit taller than the Galaxy Note5, too. It will also come with a metal and glass design, while there would be the incorporation of a fingerprint reader to cater for mobile payments, alongside Super AMOLED display technology, maxing out at Full HD as opposed to QHD, and running on a Snapdragon 620 chipset rather than the faster Snapdragon 820 chipset.
