Instead of involving guns and various weapons to take out enemies, this involves players finding their way around the map to eliminate the target or to complete a mission without being detected by guards. Prior to this the game was only available on mobile devices but the good news is that if you are a PlayStation 4 or PS Vita owner, the game will be arriving on your platform as well.
This was announced during Sony’s PlayStation Experience 2015 event. Unfortunately the game will only be arriving on the consoles in 2016 but they did not specify which dates exactly we might be able to expect the game, or how much it would cost, or if there will be any differences in gameplay or content for the console version.
Square Enix has also released Lara Croft GO which is based on a similar concept, except in this case gamers will have to solve puzzles and try to find their way across the map. We’re not sure if Lara Croft GO will ever arrive on console but given that Hitman GO did, we wouldn’t rule it out entirely.
