If you’re the proud owner of a Google Chromecast, or if you are planning on getting one, you will be pleased to learn that Google has an offer that you might want to check out. We suppose it could be seen as a Christmas present of sorts but if you’re a Chromecast user, you will be able get a free 2 months subscription to CBS All Access.
This offer will kick off on the 26th of December and will expire on the 6th of February 2016, so you’ve got about two months to claim it. Sounds too good to be true? There is a slight catch and that is you will need to sign up for the service with a valid credit card. This means should you forget to cancel your subscription before the 2 month trial runs out, you will be subscribed to the next month.
Then again, a subscription to CBS All Access costs $6 a month so we guess it won’t be breaking wallets anytime soon. Also this offer is only valid for Chromecast owners, not Chromecast Audio in case there is any confusion or if you assumed that the offer applies to all Chromecast devices.
Like we said this is a pretty good deal as CBS All Access typically only offers a one week free trial, so a two month trial should get you really comfortable and help you decide if $6 a month in the future might be worth spending to stream all the Big Bang Theory your eyes can handle.
