That being said, a new photo has made its way online courtesy of the folks at Fuji Rumors which allegedly shows a portion of the X-Pro2. To be honest it’s a bit hard to tell from the back and also the fact that it has been somewhat cropped. However the design of the camera does resemble some earlier sketches also obtained by Fuji Rumors, so perhaps there might be some truth to their claims.
No word on when the camera will be announced, but with CES and CP+ taking place very, very soon, we wouldn’t be surprised if there were announcements made during those events. As for its specs, here’s what we know so far although we should point out that these specs are based on rumors and that the actual camera might differ.
For starters the camera is said to sport a 24MP sensor. It will feature a new autofocus system with more than 200 AF points, a hybrid viewfinder similar to the X100T, support for dual SD cards, native ISO from 200-12,800, 1/8000 shutter speed, and 1/250 flash sync just to name some of its alleged features. Take it with a grain of salt, but remember to check back with us next month to see if we have any additional details for you guys.
