Now it seems that Apple might have landed themselves yet another pretty big exclusive deal and once again, it is with none other than Taylor Swift. This deal will basically grant Apple Music subscribers exclusive streaming access to Swift’s world tour concert, so if you consider yourself to be a huge Swifty, then a subscription to Apple Music might be worth your consideration.
Note that this isn’t a livestream of Swift’s concert, but rather it will be the stream of a film directed by Jonas Akerlund. This film covers Swift’s performance at ANZ Stadium in Sydney, Australia and will also include additional footage in the form of backstage scenes, along with appearances by some of the musical guests that Swift had brought onstage.
In a post on Twitter, Swift wrote, “Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes. I have a little surprise for you,” along with a short video message introducing the upcoming film. The The 1989 World Tour Live film is expected to debut on the 20th of December, 2015.
