It looks like there is a new mobile device out there that will run on the Windows 10 Mobile platform, where it is known as the HP Falcon. The HP Falcon will apparently be powered by the Snapdragon 820 processor from Qualcomm, which would definitely make it blazing fast, or at least be able to keep up with the other devices out there in terms of processing muscle. Other recently introduced devices such as the Lumia 950, the Lumia 950 XL and the Lumia 550 are decent enough to say the least, and the HP Falcon is said to have been spotted in the benchmark of GFXBench recently.
The HP Falcon, in its GFXBench benchmark test, points to a 5.8” display complete with a resolution count of 2560 x 1440 pixels, at the same time running on a Snapdragon 820 processor and an Adreno 530 GPU. While it is known as the HP Falcon, there remains scant evidence that HP is the one behind a Windows Phone handset, and since faking a benchmark test is not all that difficult, it would be best to take this with a pinch of salt – and then some.
If the HP Falcon were to be real, then it should be rather high end in nature, sporting 43GB of available internal storage, with 2GB of RAM accompanying it. Do take note that GFXBench measures free RAM, hence the device itself should come with a higher total as opposed to the image above. The back will also carry a 20MP camera with selfie lovers seeking out the 12MP front camera. Only time will tell if this is true or not.
