According to what we know about the Samsung Galaxy S7, apparently its design won’t differ too greatly from the Galaxy S6. The reason behind this is apparently Samsung wants to spend less money on the design and more on innovative features, which we guess is actually a good thing but those are just rumors.
However according to the folks at GSMArena, it seems that they have managed to get their hands on leaked renders of the upcoming handset. The renders come courtesy of a third-party case manufacturer ITSKINS, and as you can see in the image above, it supposedly shows off the design of the Galaxy S7 in the process.
As the render clearly shows, it seems to support the rumors that the Galaxy S7’s design won’t differ too much from the Galaxy S6. The camera still appears to be placed in the upper middle portion of the phone, and the flash unit is to its right. The speaker grills and the cutouts also appear to be similar to its predecessor.
However there are some differences and namely the shift of the SIM card slot from the top of the phone to the side of the phone, but apart from that it certainly looks more or less similar to the Galaxy S6. However we should advise our readers to take it with a grain of salt for now as some case manufacturers tend to gamble on the design of the phone in order to get cases out ASAP.
