It has not been all that long, has it? YU introduced the Yuphoria just a few months back, where that proved to be a mid-range smartphone that does not break the bank, offering plenty of bang for your hard earned buck along the way. Well, the Indian company is apparently working on an enhanced model of said device, although we simply cannot rule out the possibility that this could jolly well be its successor, too.
The original Yuphoria carries the model number YU5010, whereas there is a spanking new Yuphoria YU6000 device that has been caught hanging around the GFXBench database. What does this mean? Why, a bunch of hardware specifications of the device that accompanies the leak, too, which would naturally lead to more questions and speculations than answers.
Since this is a progressively better model, it would seem as though this Yuphoria device is better-equipped as opposed to its predecessor. It will feature a 4.6” 1080p touchscreen, either a 12MP or 13 MP shooter at the back, an 8MP selfie camera in front, 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal memory. There is also a MediaTek MT6753 chipset with a 1.5 GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU and Mali-T720 GPU to keep things chugging along. While no announcement has been made about a new Yuphoria just yet, we keep our fingers crossed.
