In case gamers haven’t already heard, World of Warcraft: Legion is now available for pre-purchase where paying $50 nabs you the standard digital edition of the game, and $70 will nab you the digital deluxe edition where in addition to the perks of pre-purchasing, you will also get extra stuff in-game as well as for other Blizzard games.
Now if you’re wondering why on earth would you pre-purchase the game, it seems that Blizzard has the answer to that question in the form of the game’s official cinematic trailer. We’ve already seen the cinematic teaser trailer when Legion was announced several months ago, but in case 1 minute and 42 seconds worth of trailer wasn’t enough, the official trailer will run for 4 minutes and 5 seconds.
As expected of Blizzard, the cinematic is top-notch quality and does a very good job of hyping players up for the game. For those unfamiliar with Legion, the game once again deals with the Burning Legion like we saw in The Burning Crusade. It will see the return of Illidan and will also introduce the (very cool) Demon Hunter class.
It will see the level cap raised from 100 to 110, there will be new zones, new features like Class Halls, new raids, new mobs to fight, new quests, new stories, and etc. A release date has been pegged for/before September 2016, so we still have a bit of waiting to do, but in the meantime if you have a few minutes to spare, you’ll definitely want to check out the cinematic trailer above.
