We know that there are some gamers out there who might be a bit apprehensive about the upcoming Warcraft movie, and rightfully so. After all there have been countless attempts to adapt video games into movies, only to have the end result falling flat on its face. However if you want a glimpse at what you might be expect, the wait is almost over.
According to a post on the Warcraft movie Facebook page, it has been revealed that the official trailer for the movie will be released on the 6th of November, which coincidentally enough is also when BlizzCon 2015 will be kicking off. This is particularly exciting because until today, all footage related to the movie has been pretty much limited to convention goers, save for leaked videos which honestly probably doesn’t make for a very fair representation.
This also corroborates an earlier rumor that suggests that the trailer would be released in November, which also makes sense given that BlizzCon 2015 takes place this month as well. The Warcraft movie will be released in the summer of 2016 and has actually been delayed twice. There are talks about the movie being a possible trilogy, which once again makes sense when you think about how there are three installments in the Warcraft RTS franchise.
Either way if you’re a huge fan of the series, do check back with us this coming Friday for all the official details!
