It has been said that the successor to the Xplay 3S today was meant to be unveiled today, but it looks like the folks over at Vivo do have a pleasant surprise for all of us – by not revealing anything, apart from a teaser of the X6. How do we know this? Well, it could not get any more obvious with what you see on the right, where the teaser points to an image of a gift box that features the word “X6” on its lid. Apart from that, there is not much else which we can derive from in this teaser, other than it focusing on a quartet of potential speed bumps of any device – stability, speed, battery life and durability.
It does sound as though all of those four features mentioned do seem to have something to do with the Xplay 3S’ successor, but who really knows until the real deal is released, right? Should whispers on the grapevine be absolutely correct, then the Vivo X6 should arrive with a rather generous 4,000mAh battery within that is crammed into a chassis which measures a mere 4mm thin.
Other rumored hardware specifications point to a 6″ QHD AMOLED display with Force Touch, MediaTek’s 10-core Helio X20 chipset with 1GB of video RAM, a 21MP shooter at the back with a 12MP selfie camera behind.
