There are many ways or organize clothes, like using hangers. However some clothing items, such as t-shirts, are typically recommended to be folded as hanging might stretch the material, especially in the neck and shoulder region. However folded stacked clothing can sometimes be a chore to access.
This is because sometimes the item you want is in the middle, meaning you will have to take off the top portion to access it which at the same time could end up with you messing up the folded items. This is where ThreadStax comes into play. ThreadStax is a Kickstarter project that aims to help you organize your closet.
How it works is that for each item of clothing, there will be a tray. This tray collects to a bracket on the wall using a pair of magnets. This ensures that the tray stays in place even when you’re trying to access clothes at the bottom of the pile, keeping everything neat in the process. The bracket is modular meaning that you can add as many as you want depending on how many items of clothing you have.
The slides are pretty light too so as not to press down too hard on delicate clothing items. They also feature holes in the middle to allow the fabric to breathe, and a tab at the end that lets you pull clothes out easily. We have to admit it is a pretty clever idea and if you’re a neat freak or someone who’s sick of seeing their clothes lying in crumpled piles in their closet, perhaps ThreadStax could be worth checking out.
