The partnership between Netflix and Marvel is going to bring us some great content over the years, we’ve already seen Daredevil earlier this year, and now the anticipation grows for Jessica Jones. Netflix has been developing the original series on this Marvel hero for some time now and about a month ago it released the first official trailer for the series. Today it has released another.
This Marvel hero ends her short-lived stint as a superhero and starts rebuilding her life and career as a detective who gets involved in cases that revolve around people with extraordinary abilities in New York City. The first trailer for this series raised more questions than it answered.
It did however give us a glimpse of what Jessica Jones has been through and just how menacing Killgrave is as he seeks out Jessica to once again wreak havoc in her life. The second trailer takes some time out to establish the relationship between Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, who is another Marvel hero that gets a separate Netflix series in 2016. Luke Cage does have a major role in this show.
It also provides a good look at Killgrave and his dangerous abilities. There are only ten days remaining before the series is released in true Netflix fashion, all episodes will be available for streaming on-demand come November 20th.
