The controller was actually announced back in August and was slated for a release in October, but it seems that is not the case. Instead it looks like the controller had been delayed because Razer is now officially taking pre-orders for the controller and has pegged it for a release on the 23rd of November.
The Razer Wildcat is priced at $150 which isn’t particularly cheap as far as controllers are concerned. However Razer had previously marketed the controller towards those who are into eSports or who are particularly competitive, so if you’re a casual gamer who’d rather not drop that amount of money, there are cheaper options out there.
For those who do want to gain the upperhand as much as possible, the Razer Wildcat will come with features such as optional trigger stops to help with rapid fire, 2 shoulder Hyperresponse Multi-Function bumpers, 2 removable Hyperresponse Multi-Function triggers, optional palm grips, along with analog stick grip caps.
