HTC often launches “Hot Deals” through which it offers great value for customers who can make a purchase within that short period of time, it’s running one such promotion today that lasts the entire day of November 17th. Those who purchase an HTC One M9 from the company right now will receive a free Desire 626 handset and that’s separate from the $100 in Google Play Store credit that they’re entitled to. It goes without saying that this is a pretty sweet deal.
The Desire 626 itself costs $179.99 and when we factor in the $100 Google Play credit HTC is giving a $280 value with this promotion that only requires that an HTC One M9 be purchased first, this is the company’s 2015 flagship handset so it’s not like you’ll be pressed for performance.
HTC does mention on its website that this promotion lasts until 11:59 pm PT November 17th or until supplies last, so there’s the risk of missing out on this promotion if you do want to take advantage of it and end up putting off placing the order till the last moment. It also points out that the Desire 626 is not compatible on Sprint but will work on T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, MetroPCS and Cricket.
This promotion is only valid for folks in the United States and the District of Columbia. The $100 Google Play credit can be put towards the purchase of music, movies and other content from the Play Store.
