Official Star Wars App Now Has An Android Wear Watch Face

If you’re a huge Star Wars fan, there is a very good chance that you might have already downloaded the official Star Wars app on your Android phone (which basically acts as a hub to deliver notifications on announcements, themes, emojis, GIFs, and more). If you have, we have great news for you because it seems that the folks at Disney have not slowed down the promotional train and have recently issued an update.

The update will now add a Star Wars watch face to your Android Wear device, assuming that you own one. According to Disney, “This update extends your Star Wars experience to your Android Wear watch with an interactive watch face — see the time, date, weather, and daily Star Wars factoids right on your wrist.”

If you own an Android Wear device, then you’ll want to download the update ASAP and start representing Star Wars right on your wrist. If you haven’t set your updates to be automatic, not to worry, just head on over to the Google Play Store and download the update right now. At the same time, the official Star Wars app is also a free download so even if you don’t own an Android Wear device, you can still enjoy a bit of Star Wars right on your phone.
