For those unfamiliar, N7 Day is a day created by BioWare that celebrates the Mass Effect franchise. According to BioWare, “It’s a day for everyone, where we can put down our Omni Tools, and raise a glass of Serrice Ice Brandy (or soda for the younger crowd) while we relive our favorite memories from the series.”
That being said, 2015’s N7 Day is nearly upon us as it will launch on the 7th of November. To celebrate the upcoming launch, BioWare has teased some surprises that they plan on unveiling on the day. Now before you get too excited and think that it might have something to do with the company’s next Mass Effect title, Andromeda, you might be disappointed. However if you’re a fan of the original trilogy then there might be something for you.
BioWare’s blog post states, “This Saturday, November 7th, we’re celebrating the Mass Effect Trilogy with a marathon Extra Life livestream, giveaways, and awesome deals on Mass Effect merch. And while we won’t have any major announcements for Mass Effect: Andromeda this N7 Day, keep an eye out on Saturday for some surprises that we’re sure you’ll enjoy.”
Gamers can look forward to a livestream in which the developers will play through the entire Mass Effect 3: Citadel DLC, in which viewers can offer their input as to what they want the devs to do. There will be prizes to be won and the livestream will also help raise money for Extra Life, so remember to check back on the 7th of November for all the details.
