However as is usually the case with Square Enix’s mobile games, they do not come cheap with Lara Croft GO priced at $5 at launch. However the good news is that it looks like the developers are having a holiday sale because the price of the game has since been knocked down to a more affordable $2.99.
Apart from the price reduction, Square Enix Montreal has also pushed out a pretty big update to the game. This bumps it up to version 2.0 and in the update, they have added 26 new puzzles in the new Cave of Fire location. The update will also introduce two new artifacts that gamers can collect, a new gem to find, new costumes, and there’s even a new gameplay mechanic which apparently changes enemy behavior completely.
If you’d like to get your hands on the game, the discounted price and update is available on both iOS and Android, so head on over to the iTunes App Store and Google Play respectively for the download.
