The GFXBench listing points to the handset’s name as the “Huawei NXT-AL10”, where it will arrive with a rather generous 6” display that boasts of Full HD resolution, despite rumors swirling around that the next generation Mate smartphone will carry a QHD resolution display. Perhaps one can boil this down to detection issues or a forced resolution, but we won’t really know until the real deal arrives.
Apart from that, it is touted that the smartphone will run on Huawei’s new custom Kirin 950 chipset that will feature a quartet of Cortex-A72 cores at 2.2GHz – without ruling out the possibility of 2.4GHz, while there will be another four Cortex-A53 cores that have been clocked at 2.0GHz. Other hardware specifications point to an ARM Mali-T880 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory, accompanied by a 15MP camera at the back with a 7MP selfie shooter, dual SIM support, a microSD memory card slot, NFC capability and without ruling out the possibility of a fingerprint reader.
