In life there is usually more than one side to things, and what better way to demonstrate that philosophy than with Star Wars, with the universe consisting of those who are on the Light Side (such as Jedi) and those who are on the Dark Side (like the Sith). Now if you’ve always identified with one particular side, Google will now let you show off your allegiance.
Google has recently announced a Star Wars promo that basically lets you pick either the Dark Side or the Light Side. Picking either side will essentially give your entire Google account and corresponding apps a makeover in accordance to whichever side you choose, so like Google states in the promo video above, choose carefully!
According to Google, “Starting today you can choose the light or the dark side, and then watch your favorite Google apps like Gmail, Google Maps, YouTube, Chrome and many more transform to reflect your path.” However that’s not all as Google has also promised that there will be more features added as we get closer to the release date of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Now for those of you who are prepared to choose, just head on over to google.com/starwars and pick your side. So, which will you guys be choosing?
