The Samsung Galaxy View went on sale in the US earlier this month where it was priced at $600 for the WiFi model. It was later announced that the tablet would also be available via AT&T where the cellular model would be priced at $500 if you were to sign a contract with the carrier, or $600 if you’d rather not be tied down.
This seemed a bit unfair since cellular models of tablets tend to cost more than their WiFi-only counterparts. The good news is that if this kind of put you off from purchasing the tablet, fret not because Samsung has since knocked the price down from $600 to $500 for the WiFi-only model, so if you want to save yourself some cash, this is one way to go about it.
The tablet will be available via a number of channels including Samsung’s own website, Amazon, Best Buy, and B&H. It does not appear that this discount is a promotional/timed offer as it was not stated, but there is a chance that you could run into inventory shortages especially with the discount.
In any case we’re not sure how long this offer will last but if you’re looking to get yourself or someone else the tablet for the holidays, now’s a good time to check it out. Alternatively Black Friday will be kicking off later this week so you could wait until then to see if further discounts will be applied to it.
