That being said if you’re a BlackBerry fan on Verizon and you were a little worried that the phone might not make its way onto the carrier’s network, fret not because the good news is that it will be coming. This has been confirmed by Verizon’s Twitter account in which they promised that the phone would be “coming soon”.
Unfortunately this is a bit vague and at this point in time, it’s really anyone’s guess as to when that might be. However AT&T is already offering the phone so we reckon it shouldn’t too long before Verizon joins the party. This corroborates an earlier leaked photo in which a BlackBerry PRIV on Verizon’s network was spotted.
Verizon’s confirmation also makes them the second carrier to officially announce that they will be carrying the device. T-Mobile had recently stated that they could possibly offer the phone without promising anything, but no word from Sprint just yet. However an earlier rumor did suggest that all four major carriers would offer the phone, so maybe it’s a matter of time before we hear from Sprint.
