Towards the end of every month Xbox Live Gold members patiently wait for the company to reveal the lineup of games that they will get for free in the coming month as part of their subscription. October is almost over which means it’s that time of the month again and Microsoft’s Larry Hryb, a.k.a Major Nelson, has today revealed the Xbox Live Games with Gold lineup for November 2015.
This is going to be the first time that all Games with Gold titles for Xbox 360 will be playable on Xbox One as well. It was confirmed earlier this year that Xbox One will get the ability to play games originally released for its predecessor and just yesterday it was confirmed that backwards compatibility will go live on November 12th.
This will enable subscribers to not only play free games released for Xbox One but also play those that are only meant for Xbox 360. When backwards compatibility arrives players will be able to play multiplayer regardless of what console they’re on, and Xbox 360 get advanced features on the current-gen console such as in-home streaming to Windows 10 , screenshots and Game DVR.
Xbox Live Gold members can download Pneuma: Breath of Life free on Xbox One throughout November, Knight Squad will be free from November 16th to December 16th. Xbox 360 gets DiRT 3 on November 1st which will remain free for a fortnight. Starting November 16th the previous-gen console gets Dungeon Siege III which will be free until November 30th.
