As you can see in the image to the right, the OnePlus X certainly looks a lot like what we’ve seen in the past at regulatory filings. It looks pretty sleek, although we can’t help but feel that maybe it does look a bit like the iPhone 6/6s with the rounded edges of the display and what appears to be antenna breaks.
However that’s not necessarily a bad thing, especially when you look at the price of the phone which is set at 1,699 yuan, which when converted is roughly $267. This seems to be roughly in line with an earlier listing which priced the phone at an estimated $250. Either way it does seem like the phone will be an affordable one.
As far as its specs are concerned, what we do know is that it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC with 3GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, a 13MP rear-facing camera, an 8MP front-facing camera, and a 5-inch Full HD display, which honestly doesn’t sound too bad for a phone with that price, don’t you think?
